just so u know we were told to move cars at 3 and they knew at 11 that it was flooding once we knew to move it i wasnt able to move my car out becouse the road was covered and we just moved to higher ground

It is my understanding that people at the birthday bash were told more than once that the water levels were rising and that they needed to move their vehicles. They were warned MORE than once.
